'Header' And 'Footer' Template

This option will allow you to change the template for the 'header' and 'footer' of each page. Simply select the template you wish to use.

Note: Once activated, you can use the Upload Custom Header/Footer/Images feature to upload your own 'custom.html' template. This template can be used in place of the cart supplied template.
