Search Criteria
If you are looking for a specific customer's order(s) you may search on any of the following items:- Last Name
- First Name
- Phone
- Customer Email
- CC/Bank Account Number
The full number, or the last 4 digits.
Note: Due to PCI regulations this search is restricted to orders placed within the last three years. - Part Name/Number
- CompanyName
- Gateway Transaction ID
Your payment gateway reference number for this transaction. - Tracking Number
The FedEx/UPS tracking number. - Lot
The FDA lot number. This requires that you have previously entered this value into the shopping cart database.
