Custom Text To Display On Error Pages

The "Custom Text" you enter here, will be displayed below any shopping cart error and must be less than 1,000 characters long.

The following are some typical reasons the cart may display an error:
  • Declined card
  • Invalid address information
  • Forgetting to choose an option on an add button
  • Out of stock product
  • Etc...
By default the cart will display your Phone Number and/or Email Address Displayed On Receipt Page telling the customer they can contact you if they continue to have problems.

If you prefer, you can use this setting to enter a more custom message.
