Allow Fractional Quantities (eg 1.5) In The Shopping Cart

Normally the shopping cart will only allow customers to enter whole numbers (eg. 1, 2, 3).

If you enable it, the cart will allow your customers to enter decimals as well (eg. 1.5, 2.41). This can be useful if you sell your product by the pound.

Note: Due to the nature of ESD, and Gift Certificate products, they must always have whole number quantities. This feature will not allow those products to be adjusted.
