To integrate the MyReferrer.com affiliate program into the cart, do the following:
  1. Copy this text: <img src="http://www.myreferrer.com/cgi/order.cgi?AMOUNT=PRINTSUBTOTAL&ORDERID=PRINTORDERNUMBER">
  2. Log into the Cart Administration,
  3. go to "Cart Settings",
  4. go to step #8, "Advanced Settings".
  5. Paste the copied text into HTML For Bottom Of Receipt.
  6. Save.
