Special Product Properties - The Basics
The Special Product Properties tool is used to add custom items to the shopping cart such as Color, and Size. Even uncommon things such as Favorite Rock Star are possible to request using this tool. To create a special property do the following:- Enter your property name in the "Name:" box (eg. Size).
- Select an input type (eg. Drop Down Menu).
- Enter each "Option Name" (eg. Small, Medium, Large)
- Enter any Price Modification or Part Modification for each option, if applicable.
- Click on "Add Option" to add the option to your Option List.
- Repeat steps 3-5 until all option names are added
- Click "Add Property" to add the property to your Property List.
- Repeat steps 1-7 for each property needed (eg. Size, Color).
- Close the window.
- Make sure you have completed the rest of the "Add to Cart" builder form.
- Click the grey "Create Add To Cart Code" button.
- Copy and paste the HTML into your web pages.
