Can I log into a registered customer using my cart password?
The merchant password, that is used to log into the shopping cart, can also be used to log in as any existing registered customer.
Simply type your customer's username into the "UserName" box, then enter your administration password into the "Password" box.
Any "new user" created using the "Orders Passwords" administration tool may also log into registered users using his/her password.
Note: Registered customers are automatically deleted if the account is not used for 18 months. |
