Is there a way to prevent certain orders from getting through?

The shopping cart will automatically Block IP Address After XXX Failed Order Attempts.

You can also set the cart to Permanently Restrict/Allow Access By IP Address.

This is to prevent you from receiving multiple transactions from a fraudulent user.

If you wanted to restrict the orders from a geographical area you could Edit Country List and/or Edit State List.

Or, if you wanted to restrict orders depending on the order total, you could use Minimum Order Amount and/or Maximum Order Amount.
