Allow ESD to be purchased using offline payment methods Normally customers will be blocked from using offline methods when purchasing ESD products. Check this box if you would like to allow your shoppers to use offline methods such as Accept Call Customer For Payment (Custom Payment Method) Please note that by default these orders will enter the shopping cart system in an "Unknown" status. That will prevent the shopper from downloading the product until you use the search my orders tool to update the status. If you want the status to be updated automatically, you can do so using the Default Order Status For "Search My Orders" feature.
