- Open Excel 2003
- Open a blank workbook
- Select the "Data" menu
- Click on "Import External Data"
- Click on "Import Data"
- Find your file and click "Open"
- Make sure to select "Delimited", and "UTF-8" then click "Next"
- Select "Comma" as your delimiter (uncheck all other delimiters)
- Select the double quote ( " ) as your text qualifier
- Click next
- Scroll the "Data preview" window all the way to the right
- Hold down the "Shift" key and click on the last column
- Select "Text" from the column data format
- Click "Finish"

- Open a blank workbook
- Select the "Data" tab
- Click on "From Text"
- Find your file and click "Open"
- Make sure to select "Delimited", and "UTF-8" then click "Next"
- Select "Comma" as your delimiter (uncheck all other delimiters)
- Select the double quote ( " ) as your text qualifier
- Click next
- Scroll the "Data preview" window all the way to the right
- Hold down the "Shift" key and click on the last column
- Select "Text" from the column data format
- Click "Finish"
| - Double click to open the document in Excel 365
- right click on the credit card (field AP) header field and select "format cells"
- choose "number" and set it to 0 decimal places
- click ok
- make sure to widen the column to be able to see the full number
